I started online coaching with Dan in November 2016 in preparation for getting married in July 2017.

I made significant weight loss in the first few weeks and felt a lot better within myself.

In that time, I've lost weight but Dan has also helped me with a variety of things, I've gained strength and improved form, also sorted out a bad shoulder I'd had for a while, Dan helped me source a brilliant physio in Aberdeen.

He's helped me to understand my body and my behaviour around food and how to control it.

He's helped me create a healthy balance and helped me realise you can't be perfect all the time and that life does happen and it's okay to enjoy yourself and overindulge now and again.

He's put up with my meltdowns when I've eaten too much chocolate or cereal, reassured me and helped me see the bigger picture!

But most importantly he played a huge part in how amazing I felt on my wedding day!

And he's told me to eat all the food while I'm on honeymoon.. Awesome coach!

I approached Dan for help after struggling with my weight for my whole life and having tried just about every single diet and exercise plan out there. During the year and a bit we've been working together I've lost just over 60lb, learned to enjoy and feel confident in the gym, and even cycled all the way from from London to Brighton!

But more than that, his consistent support and encouragement has helped me to establish an exercise routine that fits into my life. Before I started coaching with dan I had been following a paleo style diet and doing circuit training. I really didn't enjoy exercise and wasn't enjoying what I was doing in the gym.
Since being with Dan I've learnt that nothing is restricted no food is bad for you, and that you can enjoy exercise and it is not a punishment. I now train 3 times a week, and sometimes do a cardio session a week if I want.
My body shape has changed massively, and I love where I'm going.

I've been working with Dan for about five months and it's been a revelation. What's been so helpful is that Dan doesn't just tell me what to eat and what to do - he understands why I have been eating the way I have and how other areas of my life (such as exercises, work and sleep) affect it. It is amazing what can be achieved remotely!
I was a chubby mum who had gained weight during pregnancy. I was out of shape and lacking the confidence and feeling depressed about how I looked. I desperately wanted to return to my pre-pregnancy body. Having children to look after made it near impossible for me to get to a gym and work out. I decided to give DMF a go and I haven’t looked back since!

DMF has been absolutely brilliant for me. I have been educated on nutrition. I have regular skype conversations and 24/7 support. I have a programme that is completely tailored to my needs to ensure I can achieve the best results. These coaches actually care about the people they guide. I was given a personal nutrition plan as well as home workouts to fit in around my busy schedule. The coaches really listened and adapted to what I needed. In 6 months with DMF I was able to lose all the baby weight and a bit more (2 stone), all whilst sill having a life and enjoying the food and drink I liked.

They gave me back my confidence and empowered me to make better choices and to maintain my weight. I have met a wonderful network of people who encourage and support each other. I feel part of something special. I have even undertaken the 3 peaks challenge with a DMF team something I never thought I would be capable of.

I would highly recommend them. It is money well spent. The results speak for themselves.
